It's a compressed folder with models in sbml format. But due to file size limits in of Github, the file is slpit into several folders, which need to be rejoined with 'cat'

It's a python list with cobrapy model objects. If your models are in a folder, you may loop through the files in the folder and create model objects with:

cobra.io.read_sbml(modelPath)
