KiCad doesn't support one pin with multiple pads as far as I know, so this could be tricky as it then requires generation of new pins. Unless you want to come up with an algorithm for coming up with non-conflicting coordinates for all of the new pins, the best approach is probably to duplicate the pin, probably with the same coordinates, and make all but the first invisible.
