Yes. Having the session die when the app is closed is expected behavior for now.

I do add a persistence hook that will silently try to reconnect the next time the phone reboots. Try it out. Let me know if it works for you.

@Qurexhi @SNDTiger I think you both missed what I said. It's normal to lose the session when the app closes. In order to persist backdoor access, there is code that will attempt to connect back when the Android device powers on (i.e. upon reboot). Make sure you have the metasploit handler running/listening when the device reboots. You should get a session with no visual indication on the device.

I've tested it and it does in fact work. :)
