Hi Alex, it's still under development with new algorithms that have not been published yet.
from hdstats.
What about a fork of the published code? Or moving this repo to ODC, and forking your own repo with unpublished algorithms?

Hi Alex, Is there a specific reason it should go under ODC?
There are already open version of certain codes, for example, for geomedians:
https://github.com/daleroberts/hdmedians
from hdstats.
That one has 3 year old code.
This one has significant contributions from people like Kirill and Damien.
And I think ODC because it's more widely applicable than WOfS or FC, which are fairly GA-specific... It is a good point, though. Maybe they should be in ODC too, not sure. But at least they're public!

Hi Alex, I'm not sure age of code is really a measure of good or not. The code is stable and works and other open-source projects use it. The hdmedians
repo does the same calculations but it operates on a per-pixel time series and does not include a lot of my special optimisations.
If I was to fork the code, remove all the new algorithms and special mathematical optimisations that I'm developing (and keep those private), and then put hdstats on opendatacube then that would probably be the end of me of me maintaining it and adding to it (since I will push to my private one instead) so you guys will have to take over. Maintenance of the repo is not part of the GA - ANU contract but it's something I do anyway...

Anyway, thanks very much @daleroberts
