A basic CI/CD pipeline for linting and testing must be added.
The proposal is to have 2 initial workflows (pre-test and test) with the following jobs:

• pre-test: Lint and Type check
• test: Python3.10 functional tests and Python3.11 functional tests

The suggested tools are ruff and mypy for the pre-test workflow, and Poetry, Pytest and coverage for the test workflow.

Functional tests using Pytest must be added for the CRUD repos, assuming the use of a containerised database.
