没在 react-native 的框架上面找到解决的办法，iOS 和 web 本身不存在这个问题。
试了一晚上，可以通过计算一下这个文字的 layout 事件判断这个字是超高的。
目前在这个 commit 里面已经能在大部分简单的排版里面能看全，比如空间、时间胶囊，应该就算是这种名字的用户用也不影响普通使用的程度。
但是这个修复方式与整个项目的文字排版设计存在冲突，所以有一些代码本身就很复杂的结构里面依然是一样的问题，不打算处理不太值。
