according to the billplz.php config file, you are allowed to set billplz sandbox credentialy and collection id, just add
BILLPLZ_ENABLE_SANDBOX=true BILLPLZ_SANDBOX_API_KEY="Your sandbox api key" BILLPLZ_SANDBOX_COLLECTION_ID="Your sandbox collection id"
this will allow your to use sandbox instead of live credential
from laravel-billplz.
