可以通过 sendCommand 的方式实现，见 Drincann/Mirai-js Bot 模块的类方法。

mirai-ap-http 不支持这种操作，所以 mirai-cpp 没法支持。

可以通过 sendCommand 的方式实现，见 Drincann/Mirai-js Bot 模块的类方法。
原来还可以这样。
mirai-cpp 实现了 SendCommand (https://github.com/cyanray/mirai-cpp/blob/master/include/mirai/mirai_bot.hpp#L313)
