Steps should go as follows:
- Create an array of terms, one for each term in the JSON file
- Create course objects for each course in that term
- Once all course objects are created for each term, add requisites to courses
- Create curriculum from single array of all courses
- Create degree plan from curriculum and terms array
This process can likely be further optimized.

It is possible the course name may just be the course prefix and course number. If this is the case, and it is desired to still store these fields separately, then they will need to be parsed from the name.
