Currently I didn't put much thoughts about windows compatiblity, and it
seems the way we handle path replacing is causing this problem.
Will try to fix this once I got my hands on a windows machine.

I'm trying to get this working using a dest folder and it doesn't seems to
work.This is the issue I'm getting:

to copy C:/Users/st
la2/Development/lab/grunt/simple.bower/bower_components/jquery/dist/jquery.js
for jquery!dest folder specified seems to be appended to the full output path.
