Update field_collection to 7.x-1.0-beta12 about express HOT 6 CLOSED

The update hook has a loop that tries to save all field collections and all revisions resulting in a seg fault

We need to revert this again and update the update hook so it is a batch update

I think we still have to write something for #1087 first. The problem slider on amath loses the relation to all but the first field collection after the update runs.

Wrote #1132, but in the process of saving that I realized that the amath db I was imported had already broken amath's front-page slider bean. Not sure if we still want to resave or just run the update in the dev version of field_collections.
