估计不能，逆向手淘发现子apk的activity也要预先声明，否则就是用所谓的代理activity那种方式

我是这样理解这个事情的。DynamicAPK这套插件方案不是动态运行apk，它只是用动态形式替换插件代码。因此在第一个版本host发布时，肯定是知道插件的类和页面的，因此DynamicAPK只能运行host编译时定义好的页面
