So a proposal is to provide typescript declaration files and get them loaded in monaco-editor like it is in its feature branch. Let's assume they will be in the root of a module folder and be optional to load, named types.d.ts.

Aaaand the support for autocompletion (by typescript's typedefs) has landed in the feature/monaco branch. I invite volunteers to add typedefs to the existing modules of ct.js: see the example at app/data/ct.libs/place/types.d.ts
