Thanks for your interest! This is possible in theory already, just not well supported. The only way to obtain multiple tables right now is through multiple invocations of the binary (one per table) that specify the same --db-path, which will persist all of the tables into a single database on disk.
I agree that there should be a way to run multiple load commands in a single session.
