Looking at the video I would first suspect the culprit to be the 'cloned' slides appended to the beginning/end of the slider. It may have a different class or not recieve the same styling the rest of the slides are getting, and once the slide is in place it is switched with the normal slide.

Yeah, I agree with ProLoser... in the last version, I removed the IDs from the clones (it used to duplicate the ID and add "-cloned" to the end. It might help if you shared your HTML & CSS - maybe put a demo up on jsfiddle (http://jsfiddle.net/)?

This might be the same issue as the flickering problem (issue 8)... please try the version I just pushed (1.4.5) to see if it still occurs. If it does, I think a demo would greatly help us find the problem.
