Provide support for isolating external extensions about crosswalk HOT 3 CLOSED

We are also thinking it might be useful to run builtin extensions in a separated thread. Specially to avoid mainloop integration issues. Working on this first might be helpful to uncover any potential problems in that area.

External extensions now run in a separated process, so isolation was achieved.

I think is nice to record that in the end the experience with threads was not positive: in practice many external extensions relied on glib mainloop and default main context, so callbacks ended up in the main thread anyway. The current strategy is to run all extensions in the main thread of the extension process.
