Chat history is specific per device and not identified by token_id about crisp-sdk-ios HOT 10 CLOSED

By default it's identified by the device.

If you use the token_id, then it's identified via the token_id :)

@baptistejamin i do set token_id as uniquely identified user id .. but this didn't solve the problem

When setting the token_id, your history is not recovered?

@baptistejamin no unfortunately, it's not recovered. What ever chat history exists on the device keeps appearing again with no relation to current user

history is specific per device. when logging with different email, i get the history of the previous user on the device. it happens on android and IOS devices

Changing the email doesn't change the history. It seems the history is linked to the device and doesn't honor user email.
