@mohamedabady How are you presenting the CRSPChatViewController? It seems like the ViewController you're trying to present it from is not attached to the view hierarchy yet. Hence the warning:

Attempt to present <CRSPChatViewController: 0x7fd67aec0400> on <UIViewController: 0x7fd67bb062a0> whose view is not in the window hierarchy!

@nesium we have a react-native app indeed. We don't manage native code manually. but the third-party library i'm using implements Crisp-IOS-sdk exactly as per documentation.

@nesium crisp works fine on IOS - OS V14 and above. If we implement a buggy code, it wouldn't work on any version i suppose.
