Like he double clicked "take a seat"? Since my dev environment does that automatically I've probably never tried that scenario. Will take a look this weekend.

I am not sure what he did. However, that is our best guess at what happened (that there was enough of a reaction delay on behalf of the website to be able to click on the button twice).

I was able to enter a game twice because the game i created crashed me out, I logged in again and was not able to continue game but could join it.
