Really good looking. You might save people a glance at the vertical axis if you set the color of the graph's bars based on an absolute scale according to how many votes were received for the question. Maybe there'd be an attractive and subtle gamut between green and blue, where green represents only a few votes and blue represents a lot of votes and a more mature consensus. Great work with the d3

Thanks! I'll experiment with a ColorBrewer sequential scheme and a quantize scale. My concern is that if it's absolute, one high vote count across the site could lead to little variation in the rest of the charts.

I think the average line helps too (on this one at least) since it takes the weights (# votes) into account.
