And in 'CBL iOS Library > Build Phase > Compile Sources' please can you add 'CBLUICollectionSource.m'. Thanks

This is by design — the intention is that you'd add the .h and .m file to your project and compile them directly.
I'm concerned about the library's code size, especially as the linker won't dead-strip Objective-C classes. So I'd like to leave utility classe, which people may or may not use, out of the core library. CBLUITableSource is grandfathered in because it's been around for a long time.)
The binary builds should probably include an "Extras" folder with the source files for this and any future extras.

FYI, I've just updated the build scripts so that they now produce an "Extras" folder with those source files in it. If you download the latest CBL binary build you'll find it at top-level in the Zip file. That should make this a lot more visible!
