Offhand I don't know why you'd be getting that error, but note the error is coming out of CometBFT/Tendermint, so it's really more a question for them.
ServiceClient is just an autogenerated wrapper for a gRPC service, so if it isn't working for you, there's not a lot we can do about that on this side of things.
Are you getting that error just trying to connect, or are you making some kind of request?
The first block is usually 1, not 0, so perhaps you're requesting a block that doesn't exist?
