Worlds Loading With Black Screens about weather2 HOT 10 CLOSED

I am having the same issue, and have tried the fixes, and am using Forge 10.13.4.1558, weather2-2.3.10 and coroutil-1.1.3 for Minecraft version 1.7.10. Excluding weather2 makes the world render again. I am using several other mods though.

Very weird, could I get a list of mods used? I see one potential scenario in my code that could be causing this but its highly unlikely. Bonus points if you can isolate it down to my mod + just 1 other mod that is causing the issue together.

I'm currently having the same exact issue, once I remove the mod everything goes back to normal.
Its almost like someone is covering my eyes to prevent me from seeing the amazing weather!
I've tried to fix it in different ways, I removed tropicraft (didn't work), I changed graphic settings (didn't work), and so on. I even searched through the mods I had to see if any of them could possibly conflict, I can only assume mods like Galactic-Craft or mods that add new dimensions could cause it.
I will provide my Mod list to hopefully help you give you an idea to what mod might be the cause

Note that I tested the weather mod before I even had all these mods.

I may have found the solution.
After some research along the web, there are instances where the META-INF folder in mods are forgotten to be taken off, leading to the black screen. If you delete those folders in the coroutil and the weather2 java files(along with changing the B:Misc_proxyRenderOverrideEnabled to false), it should work. I have had this problem as well previously but following those steps, the black screen vanished.

Oh thank you very much! i was recently experiencing this issue myself when i got back into 1.7.10 recently and installed the core mod and the weather mod itself; changing B:Misc_proxyRenderOverrideEnabled to false Fixed the black screen issues without needed to delete anything at all. I wish i could pin this solution somewhere on the github so its easier to find though; took me google searching a few pages online before i found this exact subject with the correct solution for the issue, i'm certain other folks might find it easier that way.
