As the doc states, if you want to use more than one Swift based Cordova plugin within your app, you need to provide a single bridging-header file including the specific bridging-header files of all the Swift plugins. In the other side, I do not want that this plugin decides which iOS SDK version your whole Cordova app needs to use.
BTW note that in the first versions this plugin included the hook as part of the plugin itself. There is good rationale for it to become "app hook".
