[Bug] TTS does not detect new model versions about tts HOT 6 CLOSED

I mean could --model_name tts_models/en/ljspeech/glow-tts just make sure the latest version with the correct config.json is downloaded automatically? I don't think that end-users without machine learning knowledge can make any sense of the error message thrown by the frontend.

You need to define the set of characters in config.json explicitly. It is automatically done for the current models but you need to set it manually for the old ones.
