Just edit the saving code to delete checkpoints after a certain number is stored except the best checkpoint. And use a small save step value.

@p0p4k this is also an alternative. I think this is already what happens (it only keeps the last n checkpoints). But then I just can test very close checkpoints (depending on save_step value).
I still believe it could be handy that Coqui offers the choice (ie a prompt "Save current checkpoint to disk ? Y/N") to save the checkpoint when it receives ctrl-c signal.
