The image: mazzolino/shepherd in this case becomes the tag/name that is applied after it is built. The build system then should/can push this image up to docker hub if it has authorization as the tag is already applied.

Build . means build an image from a Dockerfile located in the current directory.

An image is also specified with a Dockerfile. Which one takes priority?
