Following the stack trace, it looked like it was failing here when it should have failed here (if there was actually an error being returned)

Looks like untrusted runtime plugin is broken based on my testing. [plugins."io.containerd.grpc.v1.cri".containerd.untrusted_workload_runtime] was able to deploy containerd but that is suppose to be deprecated.
