Making this work correctly with a Transformer might be tricky or impossible. Internal nodes don't contain complete keys, and so a Transformer might reject them.

An estimateSize method should be on the View, with a parameter controlling the number of probes to average together. This offers more control over the algorithm, especially for TransformedView.
