Tensor API proposal about bnn HOT 1 CLOSED

There will be two types of tensors one for GPU and one for CPU.
TensorCPU
Data Members

• unsigned* shapes_cpu
• unsigned ndims_cpu
• data_type* data_cpu

Methods

• TensorCPU()
• TensorCPU(unsigned* shape)
• at(...)
• set(data_type value, ...)
• fill(data_type value)
• ~TensorCPU()

TensorGPU
It will inherit TensorCPU.

• unsigned* shapes_gpu
• unsigned ndims_gpu
• data_type* data_gpu

• TensorGPU()
• TensorGPU(unsigned* shape)
• copy_to_host()
• copy_to_device()
• ~TensorGPU()

Please let me know if something can be improved here. I am planning to provide minimal features on tensors and all the operations on these tensors can be defined as separate functions.
