Transferhelper: TRANSFER_FROM_FAILED about selltokenpancakeswap HOT 2 OPEN

Having same issue. Has anyone been able to figure this out? It does work about 50% of the time but seems to have higher fail rate on newer tokens, or tokens that are volatile and require high slippage. The transferhelper error as stated on pancakeswap docs https://docs.pancakeswap.finance/help/troubleshooting says error happens when trading tokens with insufficient allowance, or when a wallet has insufficient funds. It says to make sure you have sufficient funds and that you gave the contract allowance. That code does that, but technically using two different variables for the approve and the swap. tokenValue2 is converted to 'ether' but if the token is 9 decimal, the approve amt and swap amt would differ. I do notice this still occurs on 18 decimal tokens though so something is still wrong. I am wanting to liquidate the full token balance so I changed tokenValue to 'balance' so at least the approve and swap amt line up.
