I wanted to add these entries:

greater then->greater than
lower then->lower than

But couldn't:

codespell_lib/tests/test_dictionary.py:66: in test_dictionary_formatting
    raise AssertionError('\n' + '\n'.join(errors))
E   AssertionError: 
E   error 'greater then' has whitespace
E   error 'lower then' has whitespace

So I'm commenting here, for posterity.
