sorry for the late reply. this is the gist of my tree structure

src
- main
  - java
    - com
      - company_name
        
        project_name
        
        lots
        
        subs
        
        *.java
        
        *.java
        
        of
        
        ...
        
        folders
        
        ...
  - resources
    - db
      - migration
        
        lots
        
        of
        
        sql
        
        files
      - settings stuff, sql stuff

nesting may go deeper in some cases, tho i can't imagine why that would matter
