By skipping indels SNPs when importing manifest, data could be correctly imported. However wouldn't be nice to track indels SNPs into the database, flag them and use non indel to create the final genotypes? we can track which SNPs are indels and are excluded and maybe we can try to model them for example when writing a VCF
from smarter-database.
