由于 shapely 版本问题导致的地图不正常 about cnmaps HOT 3 CLOSED

降低 shapely 版本：pip install shapely==1.8.5 可以解决。

@myherocomeback 这个警告的问题包括 shapely 版本的问题在 1.1.7 版本已经解决了，你可以 pip install -U cnmaps 更新版本（Python 解释器需要在3.9及以上）
