Thank you for helpfully providing pointers to our blog posts to help the user that asked the question. The Pharos framework is indeed a collection of tools, and a framework for building static program analysis tools. Perhaps even more relevant to the question, Pharos is a research platform and users should expect a substantial amount of effort to get things working. While we're trying to make the installation and experimentation process as painless as possible, we've got a long way yet to go.
In practice, this repository is intended to allow others to see what we are doing and if they are interested enough to explore the details of how our framework approaches these problems. We should perhaps have greater disclaimers for stability, reliability, and fitness for any purpose.
