Create Continuous Delivery Pipeline about command-bus HOT 3 CLOSED

Current Status: We need the gpg.
Easiest way would be to use docker.
However, our Jenkins server does not provide a docker host, yet.

We can safely use the credentials for deploying to maven central in the Jenkinsfile.
Untrusted PRs cannot change the Jenkinsfile in order to access credentials. See #8

from command-bus.

How to release?

On master branch:

• Merge develop.
• set version to non-SNAPSHOT, e.g. like so: mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=0.2.2.
• Commit and tag. Push both: git add . && git commit -m 'Prepare release 0.2.2' && git tag 0.2.2 && git push && git push --tags
• In case of success: Jenkins will deploy release artifacts to maven central (be ready to wait almost 10 minutes).
  In the unlikely event of failure: Fix and retry (move tag!)
• Merge to develop and set next development version, e.g. like so: mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=0.2.3-SNAPSHOT.
• Commit and push.
• You might want to describe the new release on the GitHub release page.
