Thank you for reporting this issue.
The randomly generated cloud name of your Cloudinary's account started with a digit.
Apparently Ruby versions older than 1.9.3 had a an issue parsing URLs when the host name part started with a digit.
We fixed our generation of cloud names for Heroku users to start with a letter.
If you need to switch back to Ruby 1.9.2, please contact us so we can coordinate with you cloud name renaming.

Ah, glad you fixed it. I'm fine with 1.9.3 & it's all working with Rails 3.2.7 as well. Cheers 👍
