I have just tried to reproduce this on a clean project with rails_admin and the latest cloudinary gem and it seems to be working fine. I tried both development and production. Both live and precompiled.
Can you please supply more details on your Rails and rails_admin configuration?

I'm running the same issue. You can reproduce with the multi (and basic) select plugin
ActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/assets/rails_admin/rails_admin/multiselect/icon_sprite.png"):

After some search, that happen with enhance_image_tag: true
@ProfKheel after disabling you need to perform a rake assets:clean && rake tmp:clear

The issue is fixed now. The fix is included in the latest release of the GEM: v1.0.26.
