It does not look like we expose vapp_storage_profile option for configuration even though CPI supports it. If you are using bosh-init (http://bosh.io/docs/init-vcloud.html) you should be able to:
- modify bosh-vcloud-cpi-release to add vapp_storage_profile property (similar to https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/bosh-vcloud-cpi-release/blob/master/jobs/cpi/spec#L23)
- modify bosh-vcloud-cpi-release to add vapp_storage_profile value to cpi.json (similar to https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/bosh-vcloud-cpi-release/blob/master/jobs/cpi/templates/cpi.json.erb#L17)
- then bosh create release --force --with-tarball in bosh-vcloud-cpi-release repo
- use the tarball file in a bosh-init manifest to specify cpi release via file:// url.
