Plexdrive5 and docker containers, such as radarr, sonarr, and plex, use quite a bit of memory. Could you be limited by that?

Not impossible, I am running on a VPS by Hyper Expert - Specs are 8 vCPU, 8Gb RAM, and 160Gb of local storage. I did change the Plexdrive max chunks from 250 to 100.

Not sure then. Haven't come across your particular issue before (random crashes), and it's running stable for everyone else. I do want to add, though, that depending on how large your library is, 8GB could be just barely enough.
