try out Codacy about newnode HOT 5 CLOSED

Their C (or "C/C++", as they put it) mode support doesn't look too useful. I was hoping it'd check clang-format at least. I'm going to talk to them next week though.

Their GitHub integration, at least the way I managed to set it up, seems rather inferior: the analysis runs and results get displayed on their site, but nothing is reflected on GitHub.

Also, the functionality seems very limited.

• Turn on pull request comments and pull request summaries

We get Codacy checkmarks now. They're green. Let's use it for a while and see if it's helpful.

At least it doesn't cause a whole lot of false positives. Let's leave it on for now on the theory that it's no worse than harmless.
