Oddities while parsing numbers about pattern HOT 6 OPEN

I've started a bounty for fixing the underlying parsing code so that the parsetree function will tag 2s and 4s in sentences like parsetree('I am 4 years old') as CD.

I have resolved this, can you have a look at my solution? I cannot mark it as fixed on Boutysource because it is currently down. Will do tomorrow.

@abcht Thanks! Your solution looks good to me. I suspect 2s and 4s were marked as IN to parse sentences like "I am going 2 the store 4 milk," and the project maintainer may want to retain that functionality when they get around to reviewing your PR. I'll pay out the bounty when you mark it as fixed on Boutysource.
