Yeah, "instruct" bothered me a little also. I usually use "field-note", which could either be instructions or a description, it's nice and generic that way.

Submitted a pull request for this. I'm not actually sure of the typical conventions on github, if referencing the issue notifies you, or if sending a pull request is somewhat a duplicate action. I did both, but I'm a little new to collaborating on github.

Ha, this was totally my next step, but I didn't submit it because with the column css properties on that page, the descriptions are counted as their own rows and it pushes everything around making it very hard to read (this is in the cleanslate theme) - But I guess that is another issue now :)
