If you are getting the same error from India while using Stripe SDK, or from any other country which consists of certain government laws that won't let the API make the call to the backend, you can simply change the payment gateway to an online payment portal's SDK which is easier to set up.
In India it is Mobiquick, I will be researching more payment gateway-related stuff for this app. If you want to check the update you can go through my amazon-clone repo.
