I canceled the installation via ctrl-c after 30 minutes, clearly something went wrong here. The bundle is not installed, yet a "swupd bundle-add c-basic" just resumed the broken process, is there a way to reset it and try again fresh? I cant find a "clean" or "dist-clean" option for swupd?
Did a downgrade via "swupd verify -f -m 19570", yet bundle-add resumes the old broken process.

downgraded for testing via:
swupd verify -f --force --picky -m 19560
Same result with missing files, see top post.
I also noticed that sometimes swupd is stuck at: "Downloading packs..."

Recreated the VM with the latest hyper-v vhdx and there it worked.
I suspect canceling the hanging bundle-add at "Downloading packs..." and resuming afterwards triggered this error. Maybe the downloads are not cleared/checked before running the install scripts?
closing this, since in a fresh install it works

@Andy2244 I consider this an improvement opportunity for swupd bundle-add. I've opened an issue to track: clearlinux/swupd-client#352
