raw_Install script error about claroline HOT 2 CLOSED

The last versions of some plugins introduce changes (like this one) which aren't compatible with the master branch yet. However, the submodule references stored in the master are correct and allow a working installation (it has been verified several times today). Thus the only reason I can see for this error is a missing call to git submodule update after git pull and before php app/dev/raw_install. @purplefish32, can you confirm that ?

git pull
git submodule update
php app/dev/raw_install

Fixes all three issues (this one , #83 and #84)
