Finally solved this problem, closed the issue

Signing with multiple private keys requires constructing the tx and grouping inputs by the key, then signing each group. We're still writing a document (not specific to JavaScript sdk) which will explain this flow.

Are you saying that you don't support it now ？or that the document is not complete now?

And is there any transaction that sending with multiple private keys successfully? I don't see it on CKB Explorer, thanks

Definitely. Our Neuron wallet almost always sign with multiple private keys (children key from the HD wallet). Please refer to the implementation at https://github.com/nervosnetwork/neuron/blob/develop/packages/neuron-wallet/src/services/wallets.ts#L348.

Regarding the document, no it's not complete yet. I'll publish it once it's done. That would be after the mainnet launch.

Can I see a mock json txBody after signing with multiple private keys? I want to compare it with mine. I generated a tx but it falied to being broadcast
