checkpoint/osprey_7b about osprey HOT 2 CLOSED

The default path for osprey_7b is in demo/checkpoint, because the path to run the script is in the demo, so the default path of all the checkpoints should be:

    ├── checkpoint
    │   └── osprey_7b
    ├── checkpoints
    │   └──sam_vit_b_01ec64.pth 
    └──open_clip_pytorch_model.bin

Current path setting may cause a confusion for reader, we will polish this to make it more clear.
