I can't reproduce this issue - it works on my deployment as well as locally.
I think there might be an issue with how you are hosting this application (as stated in #6663 (comment))

Please can you take a look at the screenshot in #6663 if I have the right permissions?
Without knowing the owner/group of what the Apache process is running, we can't answer that. This problem and the problem raised in #6663 seem to be related to file system permissions. Please have a look carefully at the documentation on setting permissions here: https://github.com/ChurchCRM/CRM/wiki/File-System-Permissions
You may need to reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.
